 Hey Jeremy,

I found myself wondering where, "When in doubt, screw the player," came from. My memory says that it developed from the Penn State Inevitable group - specifically from a, "What result should we choose?" situation in a Game I was playing with Chris Takacs. There was one option that would hurt me and help Chris, and another option that would help me and hurt Chris. We thought about it, then realized that what should really happen is that both of us should be screwed over. "When in doubt, screw the player," flowed directly from that.
